Reservation
You can book your apartment online through our website with instant confirmation. Reservation is possible only with credit card guarantee (Best available / standard rate) or with full pre-payment (Non - refundable rate).
Rates
The confirmed price of your booking is always in EUR, it includes VAT, but excludes any additional tourist tax. The tourist tax has to be paid during your stay (even if the full amount of your stay has been paid in advance).
Non - refundable rate
Restricted rate.
Full payment in advance is required. Must purchase online prior to arrival. Your credit/debit card will be charged for the entire stay. Bookings at this rate are not refundable and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Best available / standard rate
Our most flexible rate.
Reservation can be modified or cancelled before your arrival according to our cancellation policy (see below). Other restrictions, such as minimum stay may apply.
Payment policy
Cancellation and payment policies vary according to rate type, please check the rate information.
Non - refundable rate - Full payment in advance is required. Your credit/debit card will be charged after booking for the entire stay.
Best available / standard rate - The payment for your accommodation can be made by cash or by credit card upon arrival after check-in. Please be informed that cash payment is possible both in EUR and USD (any conversion is made at the foreign currency selling rate). 30% of the total amount of your stay will or may be charged through your card at any time after reservation! Accepted credit or debit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Diner`s.
We pre-charge credit/debit cards prior to arrival. If the pre-charge fails on the given credit/debit card, we will inform you about the declined transaction and give you 24 hours to provide new credit/debit card details. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if a valid credit/debit card is not provided.
Cancelation policy
Non - refundable rate bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.
Best available rate bookings can be cancelled with the following terms:
- If cancelled or modified up to 21 days prior to the date of arrival, no penalty will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later, 30% of total stay will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within the free period, we will refund the charge within 7 days from the day of cancellation.
Modifications/changes for shortening of stay and/or downgrading of room type same terms and conditions apply as cancellation policy above.
If you wish to cancel your booking made directly on our website, please click on the link in your confirmation or send us a message via email including your reservation ID number. Booking made on any other websites can only be cancelled on the website, where the original reservation has been made.
Group policy
When booking for 6 to 10 or more people / 2 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note, that having loud parties or any activities that may bother other guests are strictly prohibited. The use of communal areas of the hotel (pool, barbecue, playground etc..) as well the use of accommodation/rooms is only allowed for hotel guests with reservation and strictly prohibited to any other visitors.
Check in/check out hours
In our accommodations operates reception, where you will pick up/deliver room keys. We will escort you to the room and provide all necessary info about it. Also, we will indicate your free parking area. Check in hour after 15:00, check out hour before 11:00. In case you fail to check-out by 11:00 am, we reserve the right to charge a late check-out fee or charge for an additional night. In case of early arrival or late departure our Guests can use our reception for luggage with no extra charge.
Children safety
Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the hotel area, playground, car parking, swimming pool, path to the sea, in all communal areas! Parents are not allowed to leave children unaccompanied in hotel premises.
Quiet hours
During the quiet hours, the use of swimming pool, playground, table tennis or any others noisy activities are strictly prohibited, while the use of the other spaces is permitted by avoiding noise. Quite hours: 14:30 to 17:30, 22:30 to 08:00
Children policy
We cannot accept children under 18 years of age staying alone. Children from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds or child`s cot/crib.
Smoking policy
All of our apartments are non-smoking. Our Guests may smoke on the balcony of the apartment or outside hotel area. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and results EUR 150.00 penalty.
Loss or Damage
Our accommodations are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. All rooms/apartments/villas are equipped with in-room safes. Guests should ensure their Travel Insurance covers all such risks.
Should a guest lose personal belongings while staying, if recovered, the item will be recorded as 'found'. If a valuable is left in the apartments after the guest has checked-out, it will be placed in our Lost & Found storage, where we can store it until the guest arranges the pick-up of the item for delivery or for maximum 30 days after the guest's departure.
Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within thirty (30) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded. All belongings left in the apartment next the waste bin will be also discarded. According to health regulation the listed belongs can be not stored: food & drink, underclothes, hygiene supplies (any razors, toothbrushes, cosmetic products ...).
Air-conditioning
Air conditioner must operate on 24-27 degrees Celsius for better performance during the summer and radiator system on 18-22 degrees during the winter. The unreasonable use of the air conditioner other than the above, may result additional charges in a claim for compensation in the event of damage by the occupants.
Pets / animal policy
Pets or any other animals are not allowed.
Privacy policy
Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. We take the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking. On arrival, we ask for your ID/Passport or any other recognition document as well your car plate number, for security reasons.
