This is a magical place, hidden gem in the hills, a beautiful, peaceful retreat.
The owner is so kind, the villas are very spacious, the staff keeps it super clean.

Koumaros Villas are situated on a Hill, overlooking the sea. They are brand new as of writing this and are modern, fully equipped, beatiful, quiet and I'm running out of expletives.
We stayed for 5 days, a family group of 5 adults and 4 children. Even we had stayed there all day long and not go about sightseeing we would of been thrilled.
Area is quiet, you can sit on your balcony for hours looking at the sea down below and hearing only the sound of the waves. Bliss.
Staff was really helpful, owner was kind and even offered a refund to us for leaving urgently due to an emergency back home.
If I could choose one place to have vacations for the rest of my life, this would be it.

Wir haben spontan als 4-köpfige Familie für eine Woche ein Apartment gebucht. Der Pool vor dem Apartment ist für mehrere Gäste, aber da viele zum Strand fahren, gibt es immer eine Möglichkeit ihn zu nutzen. Die Kinder fanden es natürlich sehr komfortabel. Die Unterkunft ist etwas höher gelegen und man hat einen fantastischen Blick über eine kleine Bucht. Es waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Definitiv zu empfehlen.

It was very pleasant stay, quiet and clean, very cozy rooms with everything you need in it. The breakfast is amazing, they serve it in the room in hour on your choosing.The staff is very kind and welcoming. The vew is perfect. Mr. Konstantinos is the owner and is always here to help you in any need. I can only recommend this place. Definitely come back next year.

Great location with the beautiful sea view. Rooms are modern and very clean, you have everything for preparing the food. Good wifi, clean and big bathroom. Very nice green garden and grass around the property. Nice pool with the sea view. Owner Konstantinos is very kind and friendly. Free parking. p.s It is best to come here by car

Where to start...
The view is amazing. We had this beautiful view as soon as you open the terrace door. You see the whole place Loutra and the sea, right in front of you every time you wake up.
The Hotel has everything you need. We were supprised the kitchen is small but has everything. In the batrhroom you have alot of towels which are changed regularly. You even have a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers.
The apartments have WI-FI, climate control and a TV. (if you have a Laptop, I recommend bringing an HDMI cable to watch your shows over TV, as it is not a smart one).
Did I mention there is a grill and your own sunbeds?
As a welcoming gift we were given a bottle of wine. Also we had coffee, tea, water and softrinks watiing for as as we checked in.
The apartments are cleaned daily.
The place is quiet and Loutra is a small "village", so perfect for couples to rest and really enjoy their vacation.
There is a big enough parking space with shade, so the cars dont get hot.
The beach can be reached on foot (300m), but would not recommend due to the steep climb to the hotel. Car is your better option. With the car you have 800m as you have to drive around a bit. We didnt not see that as a problem as there is parking space near the beach.
Shopping can be done in Loutra, but if you want more choice then Nea Skioni is better, only 7km drive along the coast.
Also, what you get for the price is unreal.
Once again I cannot thank Eva enough for everything she has done for us. She is the reason this place is great.
One more time, thank you Eva! We will see you most likley next season

Amazing place, wonderful siea and mountain views, tranquility, elegence and very good service by a very kind host, in modern, individual appartments. Could not ask for more!
